It brings us (Elisha Ameida and Kaitlin Garratt) great joy to offer this workshop that has been weaved together to inspire and deepen connection with our ancestors. We will gather at Anderton Gardens to explore connection to our ancestral kin through our bodies, soul and spirit. We will welcome this season of summer by drawing our bodies closer to the earth through a guided movement practice. We will listen closely to the voice of the soul in relationship to the elemental powers through a POTENT meditation and flow of consciousness writing.
